Lisa Hill

Associate Counsel

Lisa Hill serves as Associate Counsel for Community Hospital Corporation. In this role she advises a system of not-for-profit hospitals on issues related to health law, labor/employment law and corporate compliance.

Lisa achieved her law degree in 2004. Prior to joining CHC, she worked as an associate attorney, advising physicians and various size businesses in development of corporate entities, EEOC complaints and labor/employment matters.

Before entering the legal realm, Lisa spent several years as a marketing and management instructor at colleges in both San Antonio and Corpus Christi. She has also spent more than 10 years in marketing communications and public relations, working for healthcare organizations such as CHRISTUS Spohn Health System in Corpus Christi and the Rehabilitation Institute of San Antonio.

Lisa is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and a Master of Arts in Business Administration from Webster University. Lisa has been an allocations volunteer for United Way since 1997.
