Maureen Winchell

Director Quality Management

Maureen Winchell serves as Director of Quality Management for CHC. In her current role, she consults on quality improvement programs, Joint Commission or CMS Survey preparedness, and all other quality management issues.

Prior to joining CHC, Maureen served in the same capacity for nine years at Baptist Beaumont Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. She also has experience directing Quality/Risk Management at Park Place Medical Center in Port Arthur, Texas, and Quality/Resource Management at Beaumont Medical and Surgical Hospital. Maureen has pharmaceutical sales, health department case management and nursing experience.

Maureen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Texas. She is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and a Hospital Accreditation Certified
