Community Hospital Corporation Builds Corporate Staff by 12

PLANO, TX – (Dec. 17, 2014) – In response to a growing client base, Community Hospital Corporation (CHC) announces new corporate staff to further strengthen CHC’s depth of expertise to help where hospitals need it.


Mike Williams, president and CEO, said, “We are fortunate to have such a wealth of talent in our CHC family. As servant leaders, we work together to implement improvements for community hospitals and healthcare providers across the country.” CHC has served hospitals in 25 states.


Staff announcements: 

Amy Boykin has been promoted to senior vice president of Quality, Patient Safety and Care Management for CHC. With her background in nursing practice and hospital operations, Amy leads CHC’s effort to elevate quality of care and clinical improvement for CHC hospitals and consulting clients.


Gaye Amador is billing specialist for Post-Acute Services. Prior to CHC, she was account manager for The Carrell Clinic in Dallas and has served in billing specialist roles for Integrated Health Services of Frisco, Encompass Home Health also in Dallas, and Naples Radiology, Naples, Fla.


Gloria Cashiola is AP/payroll specialist for Post-Acute Services. Prior to CHC, her more recent healthcare finance positions include AP/audit administrator for Orthofix, Inc., a Lewisville-Texas orthopedic and spine company, and AP specialist-lead for Eagle Hospital Physicians of Dallas.


Katherine Crumbley is executive assistant for Post-Acute Services. Prior to joining CHC, she served as administrative coordinator for the City of Plano, Texas, executive assistant for the City of Lubbock, Texas, and community health outreach supervisor/advocacy coordinator for Covenant Health System of Lubbock.


Vicky Del Signore is central business office manager for Post-Acute Services. She brings to CHC an extensive knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs. Most recently, Vicky was CBO director/CBO Medicare lead for Cornerstone Healthcare of Dallas, and prior, worked at Solara Healthcare (acquired by Cornerstone).


Jennifer Hayes is staff accountant for Post-Acute Services. Most recently, Jennifer worked as branch controller for Associa in Dallas. Prior, she served in various finance roles for Cumulus Media (formerly Citadel Communications/The Walt Disney) of Dallas, including assistant controller, accounting manager, and senior staff accountant.


Jeffrey Kent is assistant general counsel for CHC. Prior to joining CHC, Jeff served as deputy general counsel of Parkland Health & Hospital System and as associate general counsel of Radiologix, Inc. and RadNet, Inc. He has also served the legal needs of clients at the law firms of Patton Boggs LLP and Passman & Jones, P.C.


Tania LeMons is senior financial analyst. Prior to joining CHC, Tania held accounting and finance positions with East Texas Medical Center Regional Healthcare System, and was regional assistant chief financial officer, providing support for five hospitals.


Michael Morgan is director of Due Diligence for CHC. He manages the due diligence process for organizations that CHC is considering for ownership, lease, management or strategic advisory services. Prior, he served as senior analyst for the Strategic Analysis division of Horizon Health Corporation, and as senior analyst for VMG Health, LLC.


Susan Smith is regional vice president of Operations for Post-Acute Services. Prior, she was vice president of Clinical Practice, Research and Education for Gentiva Home Health in Atlanta, and vice president of Systems Management for Specialty Hospitals of Washington, Washington, D.C., and CEO (among other leadership roles) with Regency Hospital of Central Georgia.


Brian Stopinski is senior systems administrator, Information Technology. Prior, Brian worked as IT infrastructure administrator for Heritage Interactive Services in Avon, Ind., and in IT operations for companies including Halo Branded Solutions in Troy, Mich., Xpedior World Wide, The Beanstalk Group, Evigna Brand Insight, Netlink Software Group and Bensussen, Deutsch & Associates.


Anita Wilkerson is AP/payroll specialist for Post-Acute Services. Previously, Anita served in AP/payroll roles for Robert Half and Austin Commercial, LP, and as HR coordinator for Pacific Union Financial LLC.
