Community Hospital Corporation Receives A 2013 Gold Aster Award

PLANO, TX – (June 5, 2013) – Community Hospital Corporation (CHC) has been recognized as a winner of a Gold Aster Award for its 2012-2013 advertising campaign. The CHC ads were entered into the hospital management and consulting group in the category of magazine advertising-series.

The CHC advertising campaign focused on a core, consistent theme, “Help Where Hospitals Need ItSM.” CHC’s mission is to help protect and preserve community-based hospitals.

Vivanti Group, a Dallas based marketing and public relations firm that has been working with CHC since 2007, designed the ad campaign.

The Aster Awards Program, hosted by Creative Images, Inc., is an elite competition identifying the nation's most talented healthcare marketing professionals for exceptional advertising. Entries compete against similar-sized organizations in their category. The judges consider creativity, layout and design, functionality, message effectiveness, production quality and overall appeal.

“We are extremely honored by this award. The ad campaign was a great team effort between our employees and our agency, and we are very proud of the final campaign results,” said Cindy Matthews, Executive Vice President, Community Hospital Consulting.

All winners are posted on the Aster Awards website (www.AsterAwards.com), as well as published in Marketing Healthcare Today, a national healthcare marketing magazine.
